Thank you Colin for this great review. One of the most difficult parts of our job is the sale progression, from securing the offer to the exchange of contracts. Overall Fees

The amount of the deposit is subject to the following caps:
No more than 5 weeks rent where the annual rent for the tenancy immediately after its grant, renewal or continuance is less than £50,000.
No more than 6 weeks rent where the annual rent for the tenancy immediately after its grant, renewal or continuance is £50,000 or more.
Refundable holding deposits
Total of 1 week rent chargeable per property only.
Held whilst referencing takes place.
Permitted tenant payments for assured shorthold tenancies
Variation £50 inclusive of VAT.
Unpaid Rent: Interest will be charged at 3% above the Bank of England Base Rate from rent due date (levied once rent is 14 days in arrears).
Loss of keys: Cost of replacement.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
