I am writing to express my utter disappointment with the customer service received from your lettings agent Rhiannon. I had received a voice mail from Gemma Vaughan stating you were going to gain access freely to the property I rent, without my permission. To my disbelief and confusion to why I had received this voicemail I called the office immediately. I came through to Rhiannon and as the voicemail I was told that access to the property was needed regardless of my permission or not, I then carried on to try and explain that I am a tenant in said property and have been for the passed 8 months, Rhiannon wouldn't allow myself time to explain the above due to talking and raising her voice over mine, which is highly unprofessional as I have stepped out of the office to handle this matter. Rhiannon then started to become quite aggressive with the tone in speaking to myself. Finally when she had realised I am the current tenant in the property and the truth of the matter being I have scheduled an inspection of the property, previous to the voicemail received to have no one come out to the property, her tone and manner changed.
Regardless of what service I carry out with you no one should be dealt with and spoken as vile as I was! After this property I will never use their services again.
Comment on agent fees
Paying £600 a month and can't even be bothered to come for 1 expection in 8 months! Had gas leak for first few months of living there as they clearly couldn't be bothered to check the property properly before hand.
