I've been really impressed with Charlotte and have complete trust in her to get things done as quickly and efficiently as possible. Nothing is ever too much trouble and she always follows up with an email and phone call. Property management is a tough job. Charlotte is a real asset to this company.

Difficult to comment as we haven't compared with fees charged by other agents, but in view of the problems we have had, and which have been resolved, it seems like money well-spent. Not sure that 'arrangement fees' are fully justified unless a substantial amount of work is involved.
