The clean is something which is very clearly outlined in your Tenancy Agreement and the flat was professionally cleaned before you moved in, we have provided you a receipt for this. I'm sure you were happy with the clean when you moved in.
In terms of the flat issues, I know that every time you have asked people have come straight round, for example the light recently. I apologise if the fan was left a little longer, but i'm certain this is the only occasion.
Finally, in terms of a receipt. We look after nearly 200 rent collections and in 13 years you are the only person to have requested this. Having said that we have responded to your emails confirming receipt of rent, so again I'm very unsure why you would make a complaint.
I would be more than happy to sit down with you to discuss each of these items in person and hopefully the move out procedure will be a smooth one.
