We have sold a property with Katy in the past and received a great service throughout the transaction... we never felt the need to chase for updates as she was very attentive. When viewing homes that we've been looking to buy I have always been very impressed with her high level of service. She is very thorough and listens carefully to your wants and needs from a home. She always seems to be able to go that extra mile and demonstrated that with her knowledge about each property and I would have no hesitations about recommending her to others.
