I was renting out a property for the first time and one of the neighbours recommended Winkworths as the letting agency.
The first person I had contact with at the Beckenham branch was Gina Cullen, who was so patient and explained everything from contracts to finding the right tenant.
Recently in the last couple of years my contact has been with Laura Baines who I cannot praise enough for her lovely manner in dealing with all aspects of management, and her professionalism in all matters, the most efficient person I have ever had dealings with.
I am very lucky to have the Beckenham branch of Winkworths as my property agent and would recommend to anyone.
