I'm not really sure how Dixon's Stourbridge seem to have all these positive reviews.
My experiences of selling my house in Wordsley in 2016 was terrible, first of all my first sale fell through as Dixon's failed to follow the sale through and the buyer went elsewhere . The second went through after lots and lots of chasing , which I feel is the estate agents job as part of their commission.
After the completion I was told by the purchaser that she felt one of the male members at staff at Dixon's Stourbridge had acted inappropriately on a number of occasions which made her feel uncomfortable.
I find this kind of behaviour totally unacceptable from an estate agent
