We have purchased several properties in Stirling in the past couple of years, from a variety of estate agents. The service ranged from very poor (for example no return call or email when viewings were requested, or , in the worst case, not being informed about an enforcement order served on a property during the sales process) to average (no or only cursory follow-up after viewings, or sending details of unsuitable properties) to excellent (where I would rate 2 agents, including Pacitti Jones. Michelle did an excellent job doing the viewing, and Mikki in particular was tenacious (but never in an overpowering way) and helpful during the follow-ip. I got the impression that she really wanted to make a deal happen, and went out of her way to ensure buyer and seller could come to an agreement, with several iterations. Follow-up was always prompt and courteous, with lots of what if? questions, whereas other agents often say the seller won't accept that or something similar and don't go the extra mile to find a compromise. Overall well done and we got to a win-win situation where both buyer and seller were happy quite painlessly and easily.
