We have been delighted with the service that we received. The initial contact was good, we met Rhianne at the property that we wanted to let out, she came prepared to photograph, agree rate, she provided us with good literature about the procedure, contract etc. From the beginning of the process we had two very helpful people to deal with us and who phoned us regularly. We were updated and consulted on perspective viewings. Rhianne found us a great tenant and Pauline dealt with all the contractual obligations, arranged all the necessary paperwork, contract and tying up the loose ends. we would highly recommend Williams.....

What agent could do to change your mind?
Communicated, when you have a buyer for your customer the job isn't done, not being solely focused on just renumeration understanding what a customer needs.

What agent could do to change your mind?
An apology would've been nice. A courtesy phone call advising the house had been sold would've gone a long way. Responding to customer complaints instead of ignoring them would be helpful.
