Renee Acton was a geat help to us in finding the right rental apartment in the area of Brentford-London. The challeges Renee was facing 1) communication with us (living in South Korea), covering an 8 hours time difference between UK and SK), 2) finding a rental apt. which meets our reqs/wishes/budget and 3) signing the rental contract with our corporate finance 4) providing acccess to the apt within 4 days after UK arrival within 21 days !!!! after our first contact by email. Renee thank you for all your help and your customer focus.
