Have had an excellent experience in the last few days using these estate agents & do not have a bad word to say about them.
We were in the process of buying a house and things weren't going particularly well with delays and problems cropping up. Having no luck with the vendors estate agents I was passed the details of Simon who was dealing with the house purchase at the end of the chain.
Within two days he got more done than the vendors estate agents had in the last 4 weeks. I honestly don't think we would have got the completion date we did without him.
Simon was on the phone as soon as he had any news/updates and was there to answer any questions we had.
