I am disappointed that the sole blame for our experience is being directed towards the landlord.
You have a responsibility to your tenants who do pay a fee for your services to ensure that Landlords that advertise under your name are to the same high standard you set across the company.
I did refrain from mentioning other aspects of our experience with you and provided my direct telephone line so you could contact me directly.
We had agreed to extend our move out date until the 1st of June this was communicated to Beresfords the moment it had been agreed with the Landlord, this however did not seem to filter down to the team and we received a call on the 23rd of May wondering why we haven't moved out of our property.
We extended every wish you had with regards to viewing the property which was extremely taxing on my housemate who was on night shifts.
We had informed your team on numerous occasions not to enter his room as he was sleeping prior to his shift was this adhered to it certainly wasn't on two different occasions one of the beresfords sales agent came to our door insisting there was a viewing no record of this request was ever received.
I would like to the you up on the point you raised regarding the signatures. I spoke to one of your team yesterday who confirmed our consent on the document and for individuals who are not in your sector the following text would certainly indicate that our approval on the check in was given even though we were still in contact with the property management regarding our issues.
It is for these reasons I gave you a one star.
