I was charged for replacing perfectly fine hand basin (£250). They took advantage of me not being able to attend on move out day. Said it was damaged beyond repair. I asked to send me pictute of the basin, they ignored it. Will look for gelp now at citizens advice. They never provided proof that it was damaged.
Also when i received keys for the flat it was filthy dirty, on the move out they charged me for cleaning.
They did not notify electricity supply company about end of the tenancy so I keep getting bills.
Lauzy and despicable company.

We are disappointed to see a Tenant give our company a poor review without contacting us to discuss any issues they may have.
We strongly dispute the Tenant's claim that we take advantage". We act as Agent for the landlord and liaise accordingly between the parties to the Agreement.
Proposed deductions requested by landlord were emailed to the Tenant at 15.53 on 06/04/2017.
The hand basin was damaged and therefore the landlord requested a deduction accordingly. Photos were sent as requested at 12.38 on 07/04/2017.
Cleaning issues were not raised at the start of the tenancy. The Tenant was invited to attend the check-out but chose not to attend or rearrange.
The Tenant agreed to the deductions. She was under no obligation to do so. If she disagreed, she could have opted to use the Alternative Dispute Resolution Service under the Deposit Scheme, which is free of charge. We go through the procedure with all Tenants at the check in appointment.
Utilities are the responsibility of the Tenant. We advise the relevant utilities via a Utility Transfer Company when Tenants move in and again when they move out. The utility transfer company do require the Tenant to confirm that they have moved in to the property in order to set up their account.

Avoid like the plague. Never return calls or requests unless it's in their interest, will come to inspect the property every quarter and then skip over any problems they need to address. Ask for rent to be paid in the last week of the month ...

I am sorry you are unhappy. If you would like to contact me direct I will be happy to discuss matters with you. I would like to clarify our administration fees have never been £30 pounds. We collect rent on the anniversary date each month of when you signed your tenancy agreement as per the terms of the contract (which a draft copy is sent out before the tenancy starts) . It is up to the landlord if the date can be changed for rental payments. Regarding any issues we always aim to address these ...
