From the initial viewing, to picking up the keys it was refreshing to deal with an agency free from the 'bluster' normally associated with the trade.

I felt that I was dealt with fairly and promptly, and with common sense. There were a number of delays out of our control, but the lines of communication were kept open during the trickier moments. David Da Costa was very helpful throughout, and when out of the office, I quickly learned that anyone could assist us.
