From the moment I met Matthew at my flat I was sure that Aston Fox were the right estate agents to sell my property. Since that day they have done nothing to reduce my expectations in their capability and professionalism.
Matthew's experience and honesty shines through and on the few occasions that he got involved, I felt reassured and confident about what was, at times, a very messy process.
Zoe was an absolute superstar!!! I don't remember a time ever when I have been so amazed and delighted by anyone in any service industry. She did so much more than her job description required, spending hours on hold to difficult organisations, trying to sort out a problem which was caused by an error made by the solicitors who handled my purchase of the property 5 years ago.
All the team at Aston Fox deserve a mention - also Chris, Adrian and Bill, who were unfailingly polite and prompt, always showing a degree of honesty and professionalism which I had been led not to expect from estate agents.
Thanks to all.
