Great service on house sale. Having been into several local agencies, I took a dual agency approach with Haart & one other. Haart had clients at the property within a day, the other agent appeared to take almost 2 weeks to start work. Heart seem a little 'pushy / salesy', but they get the job done. I've bought through this branch as well, and they certainly push to get the sale completed on time. Some people may be a bit uncomfortable with this, but whether I'm buying or selling, I want to know that the agent is earning their fee! Staff all friendly and helpful, particular thanks to Christie and Saffron on this sale - they made it a painless task. Its also worth saying that this branch seems to be open longer than other local agents, including Sunday afternoon - I've seen potential buyers looking at windows of closed agents while the Heart guys have the office open.
