Broken promises consistently throughout the period we have been with them. We still have not sold and are trying to get released from the contract due to the appalling service. I have already got my Keyes back from them and will refuse to allow viewings from them or have any interaction with them regarding the sale of my property. Very long delays getting photos and marketing material put tobe, so that you re outside of the 7 day cooling off period before you even started! Delay in getting sale board, and then it was dumped on our doorstep covered in mud and we were not alerted to the delivery of it (it had to be displayed indoors). Things missing from property description. Ot appealing descriptions at all, and clearly no interest in the property. No-one asked any questions about our property so could not show people where are parking area was if they wanted to, as they had no idea where it was! Seven complaints in total made to their office and we continue to experience disgusting service. One sale fell through and is was contributed to because Fox and Sons sent the wrong paperwork to the purchasers solicitors. We under took 5 of the 7 viewings because Fox and Sons couldn't be bothered. Feedback was of provided on all viewings. Wong amount told to people who expressed an interest. Ere told £5k less than we were actually selling for! Sold sign also dumped on the doorstep with no alert. EPC certificate was not provided until we demanded it. 5 breaches of the TPO code of conduct. Complaint letter 5 pages hand delivered to their office two days ago, still no acknowledgement. I will be picketing their office this Saturday if anyone from the Taunton area has similar experiences and would like to join me. seems the only way to wake them up is to hit their brand.
What agent could do to change your mind?
You are clearly disinterested in anything but signing bpeoole up. You have no interest in the client or in communicating effectively. You break promises and quite frankly lie. I want out of this contract NOW. You are seriously affecting the sales potential for my property and onwards purchase. And you have not acknowledged the complaint which I have now had to escalate to the regional director. Do the right thing and release us from this joke of a contract now.Attached Filesnbsp;
