Calls and emails go unanswered (in my case for years), the building is in disrepair, damp patches advised years ago have developed into serious wall fractures and nothing can galvanise this company into any action, in spite of the fact that the building employs them and pays over-the-odds to do so.
We are in the process of sacking them (easier than I thought. Everyone should investigate - you just need > 50% of residents to sign a letter telling them to scram).
That this industry is unregulated is a disgrace. And Hacking and Paterson take full advantage of the tawdry little field in which they operate; charging enormous sums to ignore those who employ them is their business, and in this they excel.
