We have recently moved into our new home. Lawler were great from the start. At first we viewed the house we have moved into. Sophie showed us round. Was there when we arrived and did a thorough look around. sophie was very professional, honest and friendly. Gave us time on our own if we needed to discuss anything. The next day I think it was Leigh who came round and discussed what lawler does, valued our house and organised the photos of our house. Again very professional and came across passionate about the company. By 5pm that night we were up for sale. Fast working and when he left already had people in mind who may be interested in our house. Our house was sold within a week and our offer on our new home had been accepted also. From then on Sophie kept us updated weekly with how things were progressing. Communicated through telephone and email between us and our buyers and vendors. We chose a solicitor that lawler recommend who were great too. We had a second viewing so we could show our children. Again Sophie did this for us. Things did slow down after this and we moved later than expected but this was no fault of lawler or solicitor. That was the only frustrating part of the sale. The rest went so smoothly and stress free. The move day went really well. We had the keys by 2pm. Elliot at the office kept us updated on money transfers and where the other parties were up to.
