Chose Bradley's based on their valuation of my home and through word of mouth. Chose the fixed price deal so was never in any doubt as to what I would be paying in fees. Good communication throughout and very helpful. Got me a quick sale at a price that other agents were going to test the market with? All in all a good experience and would recommend.
Comment on agent fees
All inclusive fixed price package was reasonable. Obviously the online company's are cheaper but they don't get the walking in off the street trade which is what my purchaser did.
