I have never had the misfortune to deal with such dreadful service. We are renting our property out and paying them a riduculous amount of money for doing nothing. They NEVER reply to emails, they are always unavalailable when you call and when you do get to speak to the right person they are rude and dismissive. Awful, awful, awful.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Returned phone calls and emails, not been rude and listened to what our requirements were. Oh and not lost our key, paperwork and tried to charge us multiple times for the same thing.
