The service received was excellent. All the staff are friendly and approachable. The viewing service is great and takes pressure of the seller with prospective buyers and subsequent negotiations.
Comment on agent fees
We appreciated Mark Bains offer to waive the marketing fee as we had previously put the property on the market but withdrew as there was nothing suitable to buy. The fees are more than fair for the services of a local agent.
