Belvoir, in Stirling, are a terrible company to rent with. The couple that run it are incompetent. I Rented with them in my previous year of Study at Stirling University, they were disorganised and unprofessional. A few examples of this. Our oven would not turn off, we have to cut power to the whole kitchen at the mains, and they didn't come out to fix it until after 3/4 weeks and the landlord found out. They also 'misplaced' our deposit, refusing to give it back to us on a technicality.

Thank you for taking the time to place a review as we do use them to see if we can improve our service.
I will go through your points respectively.
The original viewing was cancelled because the landlord wanted to show someone he knew and give them first refusal on the property. This is the landlords decision and is not within our control.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Check emails for spelling mistakes before sending; ensure customers' name is spelt correctly; update customers on a regular basis as to how viewings are progressing; do not use, or allow visitors to the property, to use facilities and leave them in an unacceptable state; answer emails instead of ignoring them; discuss any areas of concern with the customer rather than employ underhand tactics such as pulling advertising without customer's prior knowledge or consent and employ a more professional attitude. Would also recommend further training for all staff at Belvoir Stirling.Attached Filesnbsp;
