I found that from start to finish of my house sale Lawler and co kept me informed, they were very approachable and overall very keen and determined to sell my house for me. The valuation seemed very accurate considering I believe another agent under valued it dramatically. The house sold as close to the asking price as I ever think we would have got, again I think this is down to the work Lawler and co carried out. I will definitely use them again and have nothing but positive reviews to give. A knowledgeable and modern company that got us the result we wanted despite lots of hiccups along the way which was no fault of Lawler and co. They always maintained a positive and upbeat attitude which helped lift our spirits when normal house sale stresses arose. A sincere thank you for everything you have done. Lauren
