Horrible lettings agent. We asked for someone to check the boiler. Engineer said it needed fixing. They didn't. When it leaked months later we got someone round who condemned it because it was leaking carbon monoxide. We had a toddler and my wife was pregnant. It took two weeks before we had hot water restored. They didn't care and acted totally in the landlord's interests. They tried to take our deposit off us for various maintenance items. When I queried these, which were all present on the initial condition report, it turned out they'd lost the condition report and were demanding this based on a colleague's memory. Then they charged an admin fee for arranging the final moving out stuff. They said we'd agreed to this when we moved in. I asked for evidence of that. They couldn't produce it. I refused to pay. They threatened to take us to court to get more of the deposit back on a technicality. I gave up and paid. As part of our tenancy agreement we had to have the chimney cleaned when we left. We did. The person who did it condemned the chimney as dangerous because of it's proximity to a water tank which could explode. It should never have been used. We told Surrey and Hants and left the danger notice on the mantlepiece. When we checked with neighbours, the new tenants, who also have a small child, we're oblivious and using the fireplace.

I really can't see how we can be perceived as 'not responsive'. Lea, contacted us on Monday with a few issues. We spoke to her landlord who asked us to research the issues. I visited the property the very next day, reported back to the landlord who instructed us to resolve the issues of which we are doing so booking in contractors to fix the shower and the fridge. We moved into our property in early 2019. Surrey and Hants moves things very quickly, to ensure that we got our keys within a couple of days.

The worst literally the worst estate agency which I ever met !! We were renting flat for nearly two years - the most horrible two years in our life.
