Having spent over thirty years in the residential market as an agent home over and latterly an investor I carry the scars of many house moves and sales. This sale tested the patience of a saint and this is why you need to employ an agent that has the skills and experience to see a sale through. We found a buyer soon enough and agreed a sale price the issues we faced were not of our making it was along the chain. The guys at TM communicated along the chain and continued to monitor and overcome several issues that a lesser agent would have either been unaware of until it was too late or the vendor lost it and pulled the sale.
I speak from experience when I say you can trust these guys with your move.
Comment on agent fees
Dont pay less than 1% plus vat it's a false economy. Get the right agent.
