I was looking for a local agent to rent my property through. After meeting several agents to get their opinions and reviews and find out about the levels of service they offered I opted to go with Mark Anthony.
I made this decision on the professionalism and honesty of Katherine Faulkner when meeting her, which made me feel confident that herself and the Mark Anthony team would deliver a high level of service.
This quickly came apparent in the promptness of my property been advertised and the high quality of the advertisement, which generated a lot of initial interest. The levels of communication from Laura Corcoran and Leah Jones throughout this viewing period were excellent and made the service feel very personal.
The renting of the property took longer than initially estimated but this was due to my specific requirements in the type of tenant I was looking for. The Mark Anthony team didn't disappoint and the property is now rented to an excellent long term tenant.
The ease of completing the rental documentation was exceptional and aftercare is still ongoing which I can not fault.
I would have no hesitation to recommending the Mark Anthony team to anyone looking to rent out a property.
Comment on agent fees
Fees were reasonable for the level of service and effort put in by all members of staff to deliver what was promised in the contract and in line with competitors in the market.
