Wehad been trying to sell our house for 18 months with no luck. We moved to Haart, our third agent, and the difference in attitude and activity was immediate. Haart are always contactable, always friendly and helpful and they got straight on it. They had a dedicated guy, Douglas, who was always available to do viewings. Within 2 months we had the offer we wanted, which we had thought was a 'no chance'. I cannot recommend the Lincoln branch enough. They are not the usual 'all-talk and promises' bunch; they deliver. Immediately after the (cash) offer our circumstances changed and with much regret we had to take the house off the market; not their fault and they couldn't have been nicer about it.
Comment on agent fees
Fees at 1.6% were well worth it; you can get marginally less, but you'll get a lot less for your money.
