Overall a shocking and incompetent experience for selling our house. After 5 months we gave up on their lazy approach and the mistakes they made along the way, and found a great agency who thankfully had the capability to sell it. They were given every opportunity to turn it round but lost us prime selling time and put us through a great deal of pain.

No calls received from agent other than when advising of viewings.
Only responsive once suggestions made by me....

Very bad agents to deal with. Wireng faulty in house but agency still managed to pass get certified. Problems take months to deal with and we just get the run around from land lord to agents and back. Also no loyalty to there exsitings tenants ...
