I emailed from rightmove to arrange a viewing and they didn't get back to me for a few days, I emailed again as I had heard nothing and the email I received to arrange a viewing was rude and abrupt and as a first time buyer, without even seeing the property I felt I wouldn't want to go through this agent to buy a if this is how the treat new customers. They did chase to get feedback but didn't ask any info as to what property I was looking for to see if they had anything else or to let me know if anything was coming up.
