With a complicated chain to manage, Chloe kept things moving and kept us in the picture. She was always bright and cheerful. She was approachable and willing to go the extra mile. She took an interest in the complexities of our purchase and dealt with our concerns as best she could. She responded quickly to emails and phone messages. Others in the branch communicated well with her so that we felt our situation was known.
