Without doubt the best estate agent we have ever used in over 10 house purchases ! From the start we were impressed by how helpful and efficient everyone was . Before the house had even gone on the market Debbie Negus had people waiting to view and in fact we sold it straight away . A big thank you to Michael Brown who from the start made us realise we had made the right choice . Angie Powell went above and beyond her job description keeping us informed and reassured all the way . Moving is the most stressful process even when it all goes well , but we also had a family bereavement . We had no hesitation in asking them to sell that house too . Again at such an emotional time their care and compassion was endlless .Had it not been for Angie and Michael we would probably have pulled out of the whole process . Well done and a big thank you to all the team .

Hi David, just to address your concerns that you have addressed within your review.
Looking at your file, I can see we had several delays throughout the transaction with the property being unregistered title, incorrect title plans, solar panels etc. These are all issues dealt with by a solicitor and are out of an estate agent's control. I can see Angie took good care of you and kept you updated throughout the process. I'm pleased it all went through OK for you in the end.
