Andy and Amanda provided a first class service throughout what was a protracted purchase of our flat last year that rolled into this year for reasons of ongoing negotiations with the vendor.
Amanda originally gave us prompt advice of the property coming on to the market, which effectively gave us the head-start with the purchase process, and then found us tenants in super-quick time at an unbeatable fee once we finally completed.
Andy, all the while, stayed the full distance with us whilst the negotiations rambled on, and I can't say enough of the positives about his support with the matter; not to mention lots of pretty complex correspondence with the vendor and his solicitors.
