Phil has been excellent throughout the whole process of selling my property. Whilst I was currently living in a different city during the sale it would of been extremely difficult to return to the property to allow access for surveyors / viewers / other agency's not to mention time consuming for me however Phil did all of this for me no questions asked.
To sum up Phil has been reliable, trustworthy and extremely helpful throughout the whole process and I strongly recommend him.
