Would mark them -5*, but it doesn't give you the option. I can't begin to say how shocking these people are, they've taken sales prevention to a new level. We contacted them to arrange to view a property, and was met with hostility form the beginning, despite us advising them the days and times we could view they point blank refused to agree a time out side there office hours! We wanted the view at 18:30hrs during the week as we work in the area during the week and go back home (130 miles away) at the weekends (we are trying to relocate), but despite this they won't do viewings after 18:00hrs! When we suggest that they should be more customer focused, Nicholas told us that the person selling the house was the customer and the buyers are not there concern, so we either view when they want us too or not at all. We've never been so flabbergasted in our lives, these guys are so far up there own backsides I'm surprised they know what time of day it is to arrange viewings. Please see attachment of the last e-mail correspondence, these are quite tame compared to the previous ones....
