Through a well known property search website I sent off an enquiry for a flat I was interested in viewing. Within seconds, I received lots of texts from Streets Ahead individuals asking me to contact them personally. They were like vultures and made they seem very unaligned and aggressive in their selling! That didn't change when I went to see the flat (which didn't meet our requirements anyway). The agent was VERY pushy and tried the hard sell. The next day he called me non-stop wanting a response and saying so I assume I'll need to take it off the market when we hadn't even said we were remotely interested. We told him that we wouldn't go ahead and he started suggesting other flats and asking me to view more that day! As a sales person, I do not appreciate and respond well to that pushy behaviour. He seemed very desperate. It was unnecessary and unproductive. Needless to say, we went with another agent who were calmer, considerate in listening to our requirements and not pushy.
