I'm very happy to have sold my house using the services provided by Northwood UK. The sale went through very smoothly and quickly.

I can say that at all times Thom and his colleagues behaved with utmost courtesy and sensitivity. They showed a willingness and a drive to find a good solution to the inevitable hiccups that can occur during the sales process.

I would heartily recommend them to anyone seeking to sell their home.

However the details in your review aren't quite factual, the electrical issue was a water fountain of yours which you plugged into the garage and tripped the electrics - you were made aware of this at the time and as per the paperwork you signed when you moved in, you are responsible for any maintenance caused by yourself. I informed Northwood about the toilet and water on 07/04/14 along with a few other things e.g leaking taps. - I was told by a member of staff that the toilet would be looked at and to give the water time to warm up. - 22/10/14 The toilet was picked up in an inspection because I pointed it out to them. - The toilet was then fixed almost three weeks later, due to me ringing several times, as I had found out that it was against the health and hygiene law. 2.
