I had a bit of crisis in my flat the other day and I called Jane immediately and she was so supportive and helpful. I ended being quite shaken and she comforted me and was supportive, and said I could call her at any time if I needed. I really appreciated this as not everyone would be that supportive.
She has also been very helpful whenever I had an issue with my flat, and made sure to get things fixed right away when needed.
