Much more professional and pro-active than any other agents we contacted in Newquay. After a disapointing start with another agent we moved to Bradleys because they were very professional and gave us the confidence that they were the best team to market our property, manage the prospective purchasers properly, help with the negotiation on price Vs purchaser position and manage the chain.
Would definatley recommend Bradleys Newquay - don't go anywhere else, its not worth the hassle to try to save a few quid!

Comment on agent fees
Initially we thought the fees seemed to be a little higher than other local agents, however it does seem that you get what you pay for. When you consider that the service provised by Bradleys is not just about listing the property on the market, but also following up the parties up and down the chain - the fees seem tobe very reasonable.
