After booking a valuation for selling my home I made the necessary agreement for a date and time via Rebecca at the agents. They could have completed their side of the agreement by arriving on time as agreed. Or at the very least if there was a genuine mistake on the appointment a sorry wouldn\'t have gone a miss. Ignoring my complaint is disgusting
