Presuming that the other anonymous review on MGY is written by our previous tenant, we are the owners of the house being discussed. We do not normally take part in online reviews but we were moved to do so by the shocking personal tone directed at one employee of MGY.
We do not feel it is productive to go into the details of the review. Suffice to say that all the points made are strongly contested. Most are exaggerated or distorted and some simply not true at all.
We have dealt with MGY for 7 years and had several other tenants. Throughout that time there have been no complaints from any other tenants and we have been satisfied with the services of MGY, in particular Nicola. However, MGY has not favoured us at the expense of the tenants. They have served tenants well, as we know from the work and items they have asked us to pay for from time to time due to wear and tear and ongoing maintenance. The fact we are abroad has not been a factor at all due to easy phone communication, emails involving photographs and our periodic visits to Cardiff.
We are returning to the house at the end of the year but would not hesitate to recommend MGY and its staff to others.
