Never in my life have I experienced such a shocking company to deal with. Property not maintained and when essential work needed to be done it took weeks to even get an engineer to attend to be told we have to wait for their authorisation to proceed. If rent was even 1 day late you get a message saying pay it now or we'll go to your gurantoor then less then an hour later contact them anyway.

Staff are very rude and abrupt, no compassion just money motivated all the time. Quick enough to take the rent but when it comes to maintenance forget it. ****AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE****
