This agency and in particular the agent have "managed" the property we rented for a year. This was the worst experience we could ever dread of. Not only was the agent incapable of dealing with anything, but she was also plainly lying to us. We have been facing several issues (water leaks, electricity deficiencies, fire alarms, clogged pipes, and more), and none of them were treated correctly nor on time. In addition, even after moving out, it took us two full months to get our deposit back. Even more, we were deducted "check out agency fees" we should never have had to pay. After so many many emails we managed to get it back, but it was a real struggle with the unprofessional agent.

Boy you must have a difficult job. Look at these reviews!
Unfortunately, as I now have gone with another agency, I no longer need to spend time going through such issues by phone with Square Mile.
It is the unfortunate characteristic of your type of business. It is the agents at the front that give the picture of your business. Customers will just go elsewhere if that picture is not customer focused from the off.

What agent could do to change your mind?
After two year experience really nothing the agent can do to change my mind. Dont go for Square Mile. They are apathetic paperwork creaters who complete disregard to your comfort. They want to create papers, invoices, meetings rather than actually fixing the issue. You can send them as many emails, photos, issues etc, they have only one objective - Billing. How to create maximum revenue from tenant and landlord. Billing is their only objective.Attached Filesnbsp;
