Both Lucy and Sophia are really great at keeping in touch regarding property management and maintenance issues. Although our property was very well maintained previous to our occupancy, over the 2 years we've been here usual issues popped up that were dealt with very quickly and all the contractors did a great job! They also managed to get someone out within 20-25 mins when we had an emergency issue with our door lock...and generally all other minor problems have been dealt with within 48 hours. Which is excellent!
Both staff were fab at keeping in touch, and everyone in the office is always friendly and helpful.
Had awful experiences of letting agents in the past, but I always have recommended Hove lets to friends in the area as being really great! Nice to find a good value flat in the area that is well looked after too...
Comment on agent fees
Fees are standard for the area - however the contract renewal fee is good value at £60 for the whole property. Deposit is reasonable, and although we had a change in tenants a year or so ago they didn't increase our deposit which other agents may have done.
