Simon was excellent from start to finish, always responding to messages and had helpful advice whenever I needed it. He was available at the property whenever I wanted to visit, and clearly had a great contact with the sellers as well. This was useful as he could provide answers to technical questions: for example as I went through the searches with the solicitor, or when I was applying for house insurance, or when I was discussing rent with the prospective tenant. I trusted him and he delivered, which made the process much smoother than I'd thought possible. Highly recommend.
