Focus is one of the best letting agent, I know Katy for more than 3 years, she is very quickly in sorting out the issue and good in response time. I am happy that I have got a rented house through Focus.

since donna from focus residential left a response asked me to contact them I have contacted them and she offered to refund £100 from £160 they charged me from my deposit , since that day I have been chasing that refund of £100 till 18 january 2018. I rang quite few times to focus and every time they say they will pass on my message to donna who is actually manager. at last after chasing for months I got part of deposit back on 19 January 18 and rest was kept for cleaning the flat.
