NRM have been fabulous, very efficient and professional. I decided to go dual agency as wasn't sure if NRM were too far away from my rental property, and my tenants would want a nearby, well known agent. However, I gave them a chance and bingo.... they got the most viewings, good viewings, best rent and have the lowest fees.My place was rented out within a few days, I cant say how thrilled I am with them. Highly recommended.

They did not provide misleading information, however your office did ask them to play around with dates on the application which I have seen emails for. This would have been misleading. They tried to provide a guarantor with the criteria given but this was rejected. They tried everything possible to resolve issues and get the house. They should get there deposit back. ...

Just wanted to add to my original review. I have now had the property for 2 years and have to say I am really happy with Nathan, Robyn and all the team at NMR. Living in Spain I need an agent to fully manage my property and NMR give me that .
