I recently purchased my new home in Darlington - which the vendor chose to market through Ann Cordey Estate Agents - and I was impressed with their service from my first telephone contact with them until receiving the keys on my day of completion.
I made three visits to the property to establish whether it was going to be right for me and on each occasion the accompanying staff member (Jayne & Andrew on two of those visits) was helpful in answering my questions, whilst giving me time & space to get a 'feel' for the property, and subsequently taking various measurements to check that furniture items could fit.
Having decided to submit an offer, my survey subsequently revealed a couple of issues not obvious to myself (or indeed the vendor) and this involved specialist engineers needing to gain access in order to produce specific reports. Again, arrangements between myself, the engineers and the vendor were handled promptly, professionally and with courtesy, resulting in an amicable agreement being reached between the vendor and myself on a revised purchase price.
Finally, as I departed from the branch having received the keys, the business proprietor Ann Cordey appeared to shake my hand, adding to what I thought was an excellent personal service throughout from everyone involved. Well done to all - and thanks again. I'm sure I'll enjoy living in my new home.

Why are you lying in your response? I told you I had another viewing at 4pm & would be pushed for a 3.30 viewing, hence the agreed time between 3.15 & 3.30. I rang to ask where your agent was to show me the property. Your staff told me I was booked for 3.30, to which I mentioned the telephone conversation stated 3.15 as I had to be elsewhere.
