KnightBain took over the sale of our house after an extremely bad experience with another estate agent and our confidence was knocked. Pauline came down to discuss how things would work with them and to take photos and we were both immediately put at ease and knew that we could rely and trust them to sell our house really, which they did. After each viewing, we received excellent feedback from them and we knew we could leave things up to them to follow up with the viewers and keep us up to date as well. Our house went on the market and within 4 days we had an offer put in that we accepted. We can't thank Pauline, Mark and Eleanor in the office enough for the support they have given us through this stressful time.
