Simon is an outstanding agent, he has no equal in the business. Simon worked with me on a plot of land I had in Beminster Road Bournemouth which I also had listed with another agent. Simon had a completely different attitude to the opportunity and quickly found a local builder who made a good offer and bought the plot. Simon cared for every detail thereafter and ensured that everything was looked after and both myself and the buyer were well looked after. I would'nt work with anyone else but Simon from this point on.
